Astbury Marsden has retained its Investors in People Standard after a two-day audit.

Exceeding the core requirements of the National Standard, the leading City recruitment specialist retained its Investors in People accreditation with glowing reviews.

The company’s clear business plans and high quality internal training developed and implemented by managers were some of the key areas of ‘effective practice’ highlighted by the auditors.

Managing director Jonathan Nicholson says: “We decided early on that getting the people and the process issues right would lead to better services for candidates and clients which in turn would lead to higher turnover and profit.”

The audit conducted involved interviews with Astbury Marsden management and consultants working within the banking, commerce and professional services divisions. A number of contractors were also interviewed.
