Seminar examining recruitment issues in China takes place on Thursday

Recruiters wanting to get a foot in the door in China will want to take advantage of a daylong seminar on Thursday (7 Sept.) in Cambridge.

“People and Business Development in China”, hosted by China Business Solutions, will open the lid on the four Rs — recruitment, remuneration, retention and regulations -- of doing business in the country widely considered to be the world’s most fertile for future business growth.

Among the issues to be discussed are culture and communication issues, verification of diplomas and certificates, and how to manage and retain Chinese employees.

A case study of Antonov Technology’s China experience will be presented by the company’s chief executive, John Moore.
The seminar is aimed at senior managers and HR professionals.
