Executive and HR recruiter CHH Recruitment has rebranded to become Equal Approach.

Executive and HR recruiter CHH Recruitment has rebranded to become Equal Approach.

The name change reflects its focus on attracting candidates from a diverse background through an initiative called Diversity Partnerships.

Managing director Dawn Milman Hurst says: “We are extremely excited about the future of Equal Approach and the success to date of our Diversity Partnerships initiative.

“This has been 18 months in development and we have already realised success through our partnership with RADAR, the Royal Association for Disability and Rights. It was felt to be an appropriate time to re-brand the company to reflect the true nature of our business.”

The firm adds that in recognition of its initiative Equal Approach has been shortlisted for the People of the Year Awards by RADAR.
