The Monster Employment Index Canada dipped six points in February, with most provinces, cities and occupations showing declines in online recruitment. Weaker demand for workers in occupations such as sales and service, manufacturing, finance and natural and applied sciences contributed to the online recruiting decrease. "Still at 141 points, the index is near its all-time high and is now up 36 points, or 34%, year over year," said Monster Canada.
