A former recruiter and business development manager of 15 years has launched a new company to support recruitment agencies in securing tenders and new business.

Klick Business Solutions was the brainchild of managing director Andrea Childs (pictured). She says: “Many large private sector businesses have followed the trend set by public sector organisations in putting out to tender temporary and permanent recruitment contracts.

“Tender writing can be an arduous and time-consuming task. Your business may well be able to offer customers the very best service but responding to tender documents can feel like a lost cause.”

“Having worked on both sides of the equation and successfully secured contracts worth millions of pounds through the tender process, we are offering agencies help in sourcing tender opportunities, understanding the tender/prequalification process, compiling, managing, vetting and editing all bid documentation as well as preparation for meetings, presentations and E-auction bids.”

The company says it is also working with a number of larger agencies who prefer to outsource their tender writing service rather than employing a dedicated bid manager and team.

Klick Business Solutions also offers sales training for all levels of recruitment consultants including telesales, client visits and sales presentations.
