Software provider Burnsoft has launched the latest recruitment i-Phone app.

Recruiter for iPhone/iPod Touch is a mobile and stand-alone recruitment application.

The app is a candidate and client database for recruitment consultants from all business sectors which records and maintains the client and candidate information wherever you are.
 
The move follows 1Job’s launch of its I-Phone app database earlier this month.

Ben Butterfield, consultant at digital staffing firm Propel, told Recruiter: “I think in terms of candidates having an i-phone app, it is of use because people will look at it on the train when they are waiting for appointments.

“There is an opportunity for timesheet management to be done over an i-phone application.”
