Workplace bullies are now utilising technology to target their victims, according to a poll of more than 1,000 UK employees. The increasing use of communications tools such as BlackBerries means that bullying now continues beyond working hours. A fifth of all respondents to a survey by the Dignity at Work Partnership said they had been bullied via email, while 6.2% had suffered similar problems via text message. Almost 9% said that cyber-bullying was a problem within their current firm.
