Resourcers have been urged to build a candidate’s online footprint before requesting a CV by the Sourceress, Grand Master sourcer Katherine Robinson.

Robinson told delegates at Recruiter’s inaugural Smart Resourcing 2010 event at London’s Millennium Mayfair Hotel last week how resourcers can build up information about a candidate through internet research before requesting a CV.
