Technology firm launches new free advert screening service
Broadbean Technology has launched AdApprove, a screening facility to ensure that job advertisements do not break new age discrimination legislation.
The screening facility is a free opt-in service that sits within its AdCourier job posting engine. Recruiters will still post adverts in the normal fashion but instead of going live on the boards instantly, the advert will sit in a holding area waiting approval.
The advert is then approved by a designate contact - an administrator, manager or lawyer.
