Downturn seen as a challenge by most British managers
Most British managers see the economic downturn as a challenge, a new survey has revealed.
The survey, from the Chartered Management Institute (CMI), shows that 75% of managers view an impending recession as a challenge, while a third claim that it is making them more focused and only one in five are losing sleep over the downturn.
However, the findings also showed that only 20% of managers felt more secure in their jobs.
