Social care recruiter BRC has appointed Mark Fearon as managing director.

Former Hays consultant Fearon worked his way up to director, responsible for the Midlands and South-West region of Hays Education.

Fearon says: “I am really looking forward to this role.  BRC has built excellent relationships with their customers over the last 10 years and has a core of staff who have been with the business for a substantial time during this period.

“Good quality SMEs have a key role to play in the public sector through in-depth local knowledge, delivery of services locally and understanding of the sector.”
