The research reveals Bradford, which saw last month’s biggest drop in job vacancies, bounced back this month with an 11.6% increase, while overall the UK saw a 2.8% month-on-month increase in job vacancies.

Meanwhile, Huddersfield saw the largest increase in job creation for the month, up 14.9%, on the back of news that a new wind farm will be based in the region.

Reading saw the biggest drop with an 11.6% decrease in job vacancies following several months of double-digit growth.
