Employees can rate their companies and bosses on a new website. WorkRewired.com allows employees to review their firm anonymously so that job seekers can get inside information on what it is like to work at a company.

Greig Harper, founder of Work Rewired, said: "We're spending a considerable part of our lives at work so it's important we find places we enjoy working and employers who can support and develop our career.

"In some companies the day-to-day life was very different to what had been portrayed at the initial interview. That's where the idea for Work Rewired came from, a website that allows jobseekers to get views from people already at the company."
