Blusource launches business improvement solutions

Search and selection consultancy Blusource has launched two new services aimed at providing business expertise for chief executives, directors and managers.

Search and selection consultancy Blusource has launched two new services aimed at providing business expertise for chief executives, directors and managers.

Blusource provides professional recruitment services for the legal, accountancy, banking and executive sectors.

Blu-light solutions provides interim solutions for business improvement focusing on crisis management, funding solutions, links to third-party funding assistance and all round interim professionals.

The Blu-vision service offers the full remit for business change, including board appointments, finance and accountancy, management and business consultants.

Blusource chief executive Andrew Springhall says: “Blusource has first-hand knowledge of a wide range of professionals who are in a position to help manage a pressing or urgent problem, which is where Blu-light solutions comes in.

“In the case of Blu-vision, this service supports the management of a planned change scenario, such as an MBO, MBI or merger. Additionally for those who are considering an exit, we have individuals who will come on board, in advance of the whole sale process and even guide you through the preparation stages including the corporate finance and legal team selection.”

Ben Walker, who heads up Blusource Professional Services, adds: “With many businesses reluctant to place senior executives in permanent positions at this time and with many excellent people available in the marketplace, the launch of Blu-light solutions and Blu-vision is a natural development for Blusource.

“Our direct links with bankers, funders, asset-based lenders, restructuring accountants, manufacturing consultants and turnaround specialists provides businesses with a ‘one-stop shop’ for professional services.”
