Blue Arrow could be forced to pay unlimited compensation after a transsexual truck driver told an Employment Tribunal in Liverpool she was forced out of her job after she started dressing as a woman.<

Commenting on the case of Vikki-Marie Gaynor, a Blue Arrow agency worker who worked at Exel, a subsidiary of DHL, and is claiming sexual discrimination against Blue Arrow and Exel, Jason Butwick, a partner at employment lawyers Dechert, told Recruiter that under sex discrimination laws Blue Arrow could be "vicariously liable" with Exel.
As Recruiter went to press, the case was continuing.
