Paul Smith, managing director of Harvey Nash outsourcing, predicted that Vietnam will be the most desirable destination for outsourced services by 2012. With less than 5% staff churn, low costs and a highly-skilled, young IT workforce, he claims Vietnam will potentially outstrip India and China.
