Legal recruiter BCL Legal has launched a new department to help law firms of all sizes recruit non-legal managerial and support staff.

Emma Anthony, who has over 13 years’ experience in the recruitment industry, will head up the team. The department will operate across the UK, sourcing personnel for a variety of disciplines, including marketing, business development, HR, finance & accounting, secretarial & administration, IT and compliance.

James Batt, director of BCL Legal, says: “The new division is a natural extension of what already do well and it complements the core business perfectly. It’s been a positive start with several big name clients coming on board and we are looking forward to extending its reach over the coming months.”
