Last week, the two airlines signed a merger pact, while the new company will be called International Airlines Group, and both the BA and Iberia brands will continue to operate as normal.

A BA spokesperson told Recruiter that airline could not confirm whether recruitment would be one of the corporate functions merged, adding: “The airlines’ operations will continue to operate as today, though some corporate functions will be combined as part of International Airlines Group. Therefore many functions will stay the same.”
