The insurance sector is faced with a candidate-rich market but the best candidates will continue to find work, according to Samantha Rich, head of group attraction & talent - human resources, AXA UK.

Rich told Recruiter: “There are still many candidates in the market due to rightsizing and mergers/acquisitions, particularly at more junior levels. However the best of the best are quickly snapped up.”
