Insurance group Aviva has selected professional recruiter  Spring Group as UK master vendor to supply all its business change and IT contingent workers.

Representing £50m of Aviva’s resourcing spend, the service went live in January, initially for three years, and will drive cost reductions, quality improvements and compliance to FSA regulations.

Neil Jones, managing director of managed solutions at Spring Group, says: “We are delighted to be working with Aviva on such a significant programme, and feel confident that we have the people and processes in place to deliver substantial results.”

Spring Group adds that this new contract reinforces its focus on developing recruitment outsourcing services and adds to the growing portfolio of managed service clients.
