Firm offers top prize for top performing consultant

Travail Employment Group has awarded commercial consultant Rhian Smith a holiday to Australia for her recent business efforts.

The firm ran a competition for six months across its six branches. It was decided by a points system which took into account all aspects of employees’ performance.

Regional director Jane Marsden says: “We run these competitions to help motivate the staff and give them an additional incentive to aim towards. We find they help build the team and everyone becomes more and more determined to achieve the best possible results they can.

“We need staff to be satisfied in their jobs and to care about the results they achieve – competitions like this have helped us do this, enabling us to build a strong, motivated and loyal team.”

The two-week holiday, including hotel, flights and spending money, is additional to Smith’s normal holiday allowance.
