Advanced Resource Managers, a Havant-based IT, engineering recruitment and training company, has rolled out an internal share scheme to all employees, to motivate and reward staff.

The scheme offers five tranches of free share options over the next five years. The options will mature after five years or when the company floats.

Paul Huntingdon, managing director, told Recruiter: "We have made it clear that within the next five years we intend to float. The share scheme uses the opportunity to make everyone feel part of the business, and help retain and attract good individuals."

The company has been keen to make it clear to employees that the financial value of the options will depend on market forces, and demand for shares at the time of the float.
