Multi-sector recruiter Wells Tobias Projects has appointed Paul Baker as director.

Baker, who spent 10 years with finance recruiter Poolia, joins the newly launched business set up by Wells Tobias Recruitment, which will initially focus on the financial services and investment banking sector.
