Multi-sector recruiter VGC has appointed Richard Allen as divisional head of VGC Personnel.

Allen will assemble a team of sector-specialist recruiters to develop new markets for VGC Personnel, to build on VGC’s established provision of mid to senior management resource to the rail and construction industries.

VGC Personnel is a division of the VGC Group, including VGC Labour Solutions, VGC Rail Projects, VGC Construction, VGC Training and Cole Hire.
