Business transformation recruiter Venquis has appointed Clare Eades as head of the company’s insurance division.

Based in London, Eades and her team will focus on recruiting change management professionals and business technologists for the insurance and reinsurance sector. She joins from Eames Consulting Group where she has been a senior consultant in change management and has eight years experience of recruiting within the insurance sector.

Venquis currently operates four divisions in London — banking, investment management, insurance and energy trading — and plans to open new offices in Europe and the Far East.

It is estimated that the UK’s business transformation market is worth up to £2.5bn a year. Venquis’s management team is led by the co-founder of Hydrogen, Barnaby Parker, and former Hydrogen director, Steve Garner.
