US executive search consultancy Coleman Lew & Associates has made two new additions to its top management team.

The Charlotte-based, South Carolina firm has appointed Kenneth D Carrick Jr as the new president. Charles E Lew will serve as the new chairman.

Both executives previously served as the firm’s partner-managing directors.
