Mobile marketing solutions provider Upstream has appointed Robyn Collins as global director of human resources and administration.

Collins will be responsible for attracting talent to Upstream, while also developing the existing team.

She will also support HR policy, systems and tools across the firm’s international offices in Athens, Bucharest, Dubai, London, Rio de Janeiro, Rome and Singapore.
