Executive search firm TRANSEARCH has appointed Javier Fernández-Luna as partner in its Madrid Office.

Before entering executive search Fernández-Luna spent most of his professional career in Accenture, where he started in the Arthur Andersen legal and tax division. Following his promotion to partner at Accenture, Fernández-Luna incorporated and managed business consulting practices, first in Spain and Portugal and then in SPAILA  (Spain, Portugal, Israel, Latin America and Africa).
