Tony Pearce has joined TEC Group International Recruitment as associate director, responsible for growth of business in construction and engineering.

Pearce is a former director at Appraise Consulting and sales director at both Synergy Group and Eden Brown. He was described by TEC managing director James Harding as “one of the finest leaders in the industry”.

His appointment was the latest move in a series of company changes this year, including a management restructure and Harding’s appointment as MD.

TEC Group is a Wallington based consultancy and is part of FPSG Group, headquartered in Glasgow.
