Specialist in visual communications and managed video services Talk & Vision has appointed Luc Vervoort as development manager, Europe.

Vervoort will work to further strengthen the market position of Talk & Vision across Europe, paying special attention to highlighting the visual communications service offering.

Vervoort was previously director enterprise at data and security vendor Juniper Networks.
