Smart Solutions Recruitment has appointed Paul Gorin as commercial director.

Gorin is founder of Cardiff-based Marble Recruitment in 2004 and was managing director of the firm before its acquisition by Time4Recruitment.

Gorin is charged with developing the business further with more contract successes and accelerate its expansion in its key sectors.
