Rise Group has appointed Julie Calisir as head of recruitment and Anke Jardine as head of multi-lingual recruitment.

Rise Group has appointed Julie Calisir as head of recruitment and Anke Jardine as head of multi-lingual recruitment.

Calisir was senior divisional manager at The Resource Group, part of Change Recruitment Group, and recently led a lead generation project at Monster, while Jardine was previously managing director at multi-lingual recruitment specialist European Resource Group.

Georgette Stewart, director at Rise Group, says: “The recruitment scene in Scotland is in a significantly healthier state than it was this time last year and we continue to see hiring activity increasing amongst our major customers.

“Nevertheless, our clients continue to work within the most challenging market conditions in a generation and require a recruitment partner who truly understands their business and can provide innovative and niche recruitment services.”

When contacted by Recruiter on Tuesday afternoon, Rise’s former managing director, Gregor Campbell, described Calisir and Jardine as “exceptionally talented individuals”. Campbell left Rise this summer to pursue new opportunities. He said on Tuesday he was looking at “a number of new projects”.
