Global life sciences executive search and interim management recruiter RSA has appointed Matt Ryans as its new finance director.

Ryans will oversee RSA’s global budgeting process and manage the company’s financial risk and is responsible for long-term financial planning.

Working across RSA’s global network, Ryans comes to the role with over a decade of experience in the financial services sector and most recently was RSA’s financial controller.

Nick Stephens, chief executive of RSA, says: “We believe Matt is well positioned to succeed in this new role given his broad financial knowledge and experience in the life sciences sector. He is already a well respected member of the RSA team and we therefore feel very lucky that Matt is taking up this new position.”
