Kelly Quirk, managing director of Randstad Managed Services (RMS), has been appointed as a non-executive director to the European board of global HR outsourcing industry body Human Resources Outsourcing Association (HROA).

Meanwhile, RMS sales director Seb O’Connell has been appointed to the association’s special interest group for recruitment process outsourcing (RPO).

Faye Holland, global executive director of the HROA, says: “We would like to extend a warm welcome to both Kelly Quirk and Seb O’Donnell to the HROA.
