Specialist recruitment and executive search firm RMG has appointed Matthew Baxter as senior consultant.

Baxter, who will be focusing on senior and middle management recruitment in the healthcare arena, spent four years with healthcare recruiter, Guided Solutions, specialising in medical sales and marketing recruitment, before operating on senior level retained mandates with Focus Management Consultants.
