Renovo Employment Group has enlisted two welfare-to-work experts to manage and develop its distance based support services for programme providers.

The business has recently launched a 24-hour telephone and online career development product to support the new Work Programme enabling providers to outsource the monitoring candidate progress in their new role.

Dee Waddington, who established and successfully managed employment programmes such as New Deal for North Yorkshire County Council and ‘Initial Steps’ for Hull an East Yorkshire MIND, has joined to establish operations and processes for the service that will help to sustain customers in employment, in particular for those that are claiming benefit.   

Renovo has also appointed Frank Duggan who was previously a youth transition specialist at Selby College and vocational project leader supporting those with mental health barriers return to work in Hull and East Yorkshire before becoming a mentor with Working Links.
