Shopper insight-led contract sales organisation Reach has appointed Mark Roberts as talent acquisition manager.

Roberts was most recently regional head of recruitment and training at Weight Watchers and previously divisional head of recruitment and training at Emap Publishing.

Reach adds that building talent acquisition and talent development is a core part of the Reach business and within his new role Roberts will support this and drive growth.
