IT recruiter RDL Corporation has appointed Justin Carpenter as sales and marketing director.

Carpenter, who started his own consultancy dealing in permanent and contract recruitment for both IT and customer relationship marketing as delivery of recruitment training to the IT, pharmaceutical and secretarial sectors, was most recently managing director within the animal health sector, working closely with pharmaceutical companies in the UK and Europe.
