Banking giant RBS Group has appointed Arvinder Dhesi to the newly created role of director, group talent.

Dhesi, who will head up the recently formed talent centre of expertise, will be responsible for driving forward the talent agenda crucial to RBS’s recovery plan, focusing on talent management, executive development including the RBS Business School, employer brand marketing, executive sourcing and support and supporting organisational culture change.

He joins from Aviva where he was the group talent director.
