Randstad Managed Services, the MSP and RPO arm of the Randstad Group, has today announced the appointment of Sebastian O’Connell as director of sales.

O’Connell brings with him over 14 years’ recruitment and RPO experience having held senior positions with Hyphen Recruitment Outsourcing, part of Adecco, and Spring Group.
