Umbrella company Parasol has taken on Jason Plom as national sales manager and Phil Barker as national account manager.

With 10 years’ experience in the recruitment sector, most recently at Orion Locums as sales director, Plom will be responsible for building on Parasol’s existing relationships with over 2,000 UK recruiters.

Barker joins Parasol after 14 years with recruiter Blue Arrow, who he joined after graduating from university. While at Blue Arrow, Barker was account manager and business manager, responsible for the day-to-day delivery of recruitment services for both clients and applicants.
