Construction staffing specialist Upfront & Personnel (U&P) has appointed Eamonn O’Cruthuir to the new post of recruitment director.

O’Cruthuir joins from Australian firm Alliance Recruitment and before that global staffing solutions firm Aquent, where he was general manager, Melbourne, Adelaide and Perth.

His initial brief is to develop ‘U&P – Executive Search’, specialising at director to managing director level positions. in line with the continued development of permanent and temp business.

O’Cruthuir also plans to add three experienced and professional consultants to complement and expand upon U&P’s existing verticals.
