Multi-sector recruiter Now Recruitment has hired Tracey Androlia as development director.

Androlia, who will lead all aspects of staff training in the firm, runs her own recruitment training company, Purple Clarity, and has worked with Now Recruitment on a consultancy basis since September last year.

She helped set up the firm’s graduate training scheme, launched earlier in the year, and has seen five of its intake appointed to permanent positions in the firm.
