HR systems and services provider NorthgateArinso has appointed Paul Hutchison as its new vice president of global service delivery.

Based in Atlanta, Georgia, Hutchison will be responsible for managing outsourcing delivery and service delivery globally, as well as developing new standards of delivery excellence across the business and regions.

Hutchison was previously global client executive for HR Outsourcing at IBM where he was responsible for driving customer satisfaction through improved relationship and delivery management.
