CMA Financial Recruitment has appointed Lee Cooper as a non-executive director.

Cooper, who joins CMA’s board, will be responsible for developing the consultancy’s social media networking plans, as well as advising on strategic areas of the business. He reports directly to chairman Peter Clarke.
