Global executive search firm CTPartners has appointed Morten Nielsen as partner in its Cleveland, Ohio office in the US.

Nielsen joins the firm in the life sciences & healthcare practice, which will include specialising in assignments for chief medical officers and senior medical and clinical positions.

He was previously at executive search firm Korn/Ferry International where he served as senior client partner in the life sciences/healthcare practice.

Before his career in search, Nielsen held several domestic and international senior executive roles in the pharmaceutical and medical devices industries, including time spent at Wyeth, Baxter, Aventis and Pfizer.
