Online outplacement specialist MyWorkSearch has hired Michael Buchan to head up content management.

Buchan has more than 25 years’ experience working in the HR industry for both in-house corporate teams and consultancies, and will be responsible for managing the general content, e-learning programmes and webinars for the service.
