Global professional recruiter Morgan McKinley has promoted William Hepworth to manager of its in-house taxation team.

Hepworth, who joined Morgan McKinley in 2005 and has been promoted from consultant to senior consultant, will now take on a more strategic role and will also start the company’s MM1 Leadership programme, developed in partnership with Deloitte.
