Global professional recruiter Morgan McKinley has made three  director-level appointments in its financial services division

Steve Leeson, formerly operations director, permanent recruitment, has been appointed to the newly created role of operations director, financial services new business.  The new business division has been created to broaden Morgan McKinley’s service offering and generate new revenue streams.

Hakan Enver, previously associate director, financial services permanent, has been appointed to operations director, financial services permanent. Enver has over seven years’ financial services recruitment experience, following four years working within the risk management functions of both Bank of America and Deutsche Bank. 

Joe Davies, formerly manager, financial services permanent, has been appointed to associate director, financial services permanent. Davies will assume greater responsibility for the strategic and operational direction of the banking finance and IBCM business divisions

Commenting on the appointments, Andrew Evans, chief operations officer, Morgan McKinley financial services, says:
“These appointments will also support our ambitious plans to double our global revenue over the next two years. As well as expanding into new geographies, we are also focused on growing our UK financial services operations. We see massive opportunities in underexplored sectors such as insurance and technology.”
