Appointments: McKay joins Boyden in London

Global executive search firm Boyden has appointed Neil McKay as partner in the firm’s London office.

Global executive search firm Boyden has appointed Neil McKay as partner in the firm’s London office.

McKay will play a key role in developing Boyden’s UK and European financial services practice, with particular emphasis in corporate and investment banking.

Before joining Boyden, he was a senior client partner with executive search firm Korn/Ferry International where he was instrumental in managing relationships with major clients.

McKay’s early career was in the British Army, where he was a graduate of the Royal Military Academy Sandhurst.

John Ellis, managing partner of Boyden UK, says: “To maximise our advantage of current market shifts, we have found it highly valuable to further increase our footprint in London, which is one of the world’s key financial centres. We intend to continue investing in world-class expertise for our financial services practice and will be announcing further hires in the coming months.”
